Healthier Thinking Programme
This is my programme for Healthier Thinking.
From this moment forward and for the rest of my wonderfully healthy energising life, I am developing more and more my mental, physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. I do this by acting and thinking young, by having fun, feeling secure and loved wherever I go and in whatever I do – and so I do. This nurtures the inner me, feeling more and more balanced like a tightrope walker in full control, helping physical well-being by transforming all negative stress into flowing positive energy. I am eating a more and more healthy, well balanced diet that provides me with energy. Energy that that lets me dance through life as if bringing the house down with Michael Flatley, like skiing the most brilliant black run, like hiking the highest mountain, like doing a golf round in 58..
I explore different beliefs like Christopher Columbus on a beautiful voyage appreciating the wonders of nature, from the oceans to the stars, from the awesome mountains to the peaceful and tranquil forests, from glorious sunsets to spectacular sunrises, from exciting thunderstorms to the purity of snow. I empower myself to embrace all the wonders of the universe. At the end of each day my Subby and I recognise our powerful abilities to problem solve, to meditate and congratulate ourselves with the success of the day wqhich in turn, improves the quality of my sleep, more & more.

Calm & Relaxation
This is my program for my calm, content and relaxing life. From this moment forward and for the rest of my long and tranquil life I will remain calm & considered in each and every situation encountered.
The centeredness achieved can be compared to the splendid silent serenity felt by Armstong, Aldrin & Collins gazing back on the fragile unique beauty of earth having been (the first to tread another soil/made that one giant step for mankind).
The reference experience for the state of calm will be the state experienced in hypnosis; anchors include the sounds of mellow music, the deep calm of my body being totally relaxed and the images of earth and moon, known only to astronauts.
This programme works better and better each and every time I use it and boost all my other programmes for better quality sleep, increased calm and relaxation, increased confidence and competence and better quality self hypnosis, by the energy released.

More and More Comfortable with my Self-Image
From this moment and for the rest of my wonderful, exciting life I feel more and more comfortable with my self-image.
I am feeling more and more calm, more and more relaxed and more and more happy with how I appear to myself and to others, as a result I continue to enjoy every day and night taking loving care of my beautiful healthy body and valuable, powerful mind, experiencing better and better quality sleep and better and better quality hypnosis with my ever growing calmness and confidence.

and Body
This is my programme for better and better quality health.
From this moment forward and for the rest of my long, active and more and more balanced life, all my thoughts and actions embrace my healthy body and mind like a warming marine blue wave.
During my more and more healthy life, all my thoughts, the food I eat and the actions I take enhance my energy levels more and more, balancing my immune system and give me better and better defences.
My resilience protects me from negative influences, so I enjoy more and more energy better and better confidence and better and better quality of life.
My finely tuned body is like a thorough bred race horse, clearly focused on a wonderful exhilarating pleasure and never ending journey.
When I sleep it is restful, peaceful and rejuvenating so I awake recharged and embrace the new day.
This programme works better and better each and every time I use it and it boosts all my other programmes. Better and better quality health for a more powerful mind and body.

More and more pleasing Self-image and Size
From this moment on, and for the rest of my happy healthy thrilling long life, I am developing a more and more consistently positive self-image.
My frame of mind focuses on my desired image:
Rob: so that I have more and more choice of smart fashionable clothes and I am increasingly as proud and as elegant as my Dad.
Mandy: So that I am more and more happy in fitted clothes – so that I get increased choices – I feel as light as a dancer.
I proactively manage my food and drink intake, shopping and cooking - more and more healthily. I make time to focus on and enjoy meals using my ever increasing knowledge of calorie counting, and low-fat content. So that more and more I only to eat to meet my bodies natural nutritional requirements. I eat small healthy amounts, 3-4 times everyday. I drink healthy and natural quantities of water, savouring every cool refreshing mouthful.
I increasingly undertake enjoyable exercise, encouraged by the knowledge and confidence that this is an end in itself – whilst getting me to and keeping me at the size and self-image that pleases and excites me.
This programme works better and better each and every time I eat and drink, and it boosts all my other programmes. This leads to better quality sleep and better quality self-hypnosis.

More and More Healthy & Slimmer
This is my programme for feeling and being more and more healthy and slimmer.
From this moment forward and for the rest of my long, healthy and good life I am progressively more and more healthy. I consume good nutritional food and drink and only enough for my nutritional requirements.
I eat more and more healthily, and become my ideal size, shape and weight more and more – and this gives me more choice in the new clothes I can choose when I decide to buy them. I use an eating plan that includes food and drink that I like and which are good for me. I use a recording system to track my amazing progress in achieving my ideal, size weight ands shape more and more – and this encourages me more and more.
Before shopping I make a list of the foods on my plan and when shopping I only buy the items on the list, remembering to eat and drink healthily before I go shopping.
My meals are regular and I am aware of the total energy and nutritional content of the food and drink that I consume and digest healthily. I eat and drink more slowly and enjoy the experience more and more. I eat more healthy fruit and drink an amount of water appropriate for each day.
I am more and more positive about being healthier and slimmer using wonderful visualisations of my ideal, size weight and shape.
I exercise more, enjoying walking and other forms of exercise – starting slowly so as to keep positive, and exercising to a routine.
When I have a treat of reward it is something other than food. My lifestyle is good and happy and I aim for small regular goals more and more.
I feel better as I become slimmer and experience better quality sleep and better quality happiness – all which naturally help me to be even healthier and even slimmer.
