Three Hypnotic Relaxation Sessions for Students Preparing for Exams 

Session 1 - Becoming Familiar with being Mentally Calm.

The first 90 minute session is about becoming familiar with and enjoying the hypnotic relaxation process. It is also about students starting to really understand the remarkable power of their own minds. This session is fun and interesting because for the first time students start to get in touch with their natural ability to relax and be calm.

Session 2 - Deepening the Process

The second 60 minute session, 7 days later, builds on the first experience by teaching students that each time they choose to spend time relaxing, they simply become better at it. They also find, that they can develop new techniques and strategies to deepen and enjoy the process more and more. This hypnotic relaxation session targets specific issues to allow students to become more comfortable with, and better at the entire examination process, from revision to results.

Session 3 - The Relax Programme

The third 60 minute session, another 7 days later, builds on the two previous sessions by delivering and confirming to the students that they now have three unique tools:

1) A new awareness of the fact that they can choose how they wish to perceive all situations - i.e. stressfully or calmly.

2) A balanced perspective on Exams and how to approach them in order to achieve the best results that they can.

3) The powerful "Relax" Program (installed in this session) which they can activate at anytime.
